Fullteem (www.fullteem.net) was a web and mobile applications development and consulting business with 300 projects completed that I joined and later invested in 2014-2020. I am currently advisor to the company since end 2022 and Alex (CEO of Fullteem) is currently developing a propietary proptech b2b2c service. During '14-'18, I secured over RMB120M in sales winning over mulitimillion dollar contracts with China Telecom, Tangshan City Government, Guangzhou City Government, China Mobile etc. growing sales over 300% in '14, and 2.5x in ’15. We also launched our own proptech and ecommerce platform in '17-'18 securing distribution agreements with China Polygroup across 400,000 households. Visit the link above.

eCommerce Global Purchasing Platform Project
This was a project we built in 广州赋天网络科技有限公司. We reached 1M+ USD in revenue runway within a year of launch and was then spun off. I stayed on heading strategy and business development for half a year.
Mind Maps - My Approach to Sales / Biz / Projects
Done with eDraw (good product btw). I was trained on mindmaps and after MBA especially management consulting coursework, started to pick and choose the best frameworks and approaches to my own way of business development / sales and project management. I like to do the same whether for fund raising, or tackling any type of problem including things like which school should my child attend.
AI / Blockchain Experiments
Lately I have tried using a lot of AI tools and trying to figure out how to utilize them to increase productivity. This is a full strategy game on python that I wrote with chatGPT that may / may not be used later for some projects.
